Awakening Hope
BRIEF
Covenant Health releases its annual report to the community at the annual community meeting, combining the theme to create a full experience. For the last ACM before the COVID-19 pandemic, the theme was "Awakening Hope: Supporting Mental Health and Wellness." The theme was incorporated into the annual report, providing an informative and inspirational tool to the attendees while also highlighting the organization's commitment to supporting mental health and wellness.
METHODOLOGY
Our team aimed to infuse hope into the conversation around mental health, rather than approaching it from a heavy space. To achieve this, I incorporated joyful photography and a bright colour palette into our design strategy, creating a more uplifting and positive visual representation of mental health.
For the annual community meeting, a small bundle of print materials was created and placed on the tables for attendees. The bundle included a Z-fold pamphlet which contained stories, facts, and figures about the organization, as well as postcards that attendees were encouraged to take and share with their friends and colleagues who may be going through a challenging time. The print materials were designed to serve as an informative and inspirational tool, as well as to encourage attendees to spread the word about the organization's mission and services.
